Erin Bäby

Erin was raised in a home where learning wasn’t just encouraged, it was a way of life. With a mother who taught high school math for 37 years and a father who spent nearly three decades teaching art and photography (and still teaches as an adjunct professor), Erin grew up surrounded by the values of hard work, curiosity and lifelong education. These early lessons shaped her perspective and continue to guide her both personally and professionally.

Since joining FlahertyColvin in February 2018 as a client services associate, Erin has become an essential part of the team. She manages all aspects of account administration with precision and care, from opening accounts and processing transactions to maintaining documentation and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As the primary liaison with Raymond James’s service team, Erin brings strong communication skills and a service-first mindset to every interaction. “I strive to make sure that processes run smoothly for the team and that our clients enjoy a seamless experience with each interaction they have with us,” she says.

Erin finds deep satisfaction in supporting clients and ensuring they receive a high level of care. Her strengths in organization, investigation and efficiency make her a reliable and trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of her professional role, Erin treasures time with family and friends. She finds joy in reading, watching sports, traveling, and listening to a wide variety of music. A lifelong learner, she also enjoys studying the Bible and deepening her faith. As a devoted aunt to Charlotte and Gavin, Erin embraces her role as a mentor and cheerleader, whether she’s cheering from the stands, applauding performances or celebrating academic milestones. At home, her cat Solari brings daily comfort and companionship. Erin’s curiosity and love of learning continue to inspire her to seek out new experiences that enrich her life.

Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, a foundation that enhances her understanding of human relationships, personal development and the importance of service to others. With a heart for helping and a mind for detail, Erin continues to grow, learn and make a meaningful impact – one client, one connection and one moment at a time.
